1. Promoter and status
PrizePull is the trading name used for the prize-draw service operated by Pullz Limited trading as PrizePull, a company registered in England and Wales. Company number: 17421859. Registered office: 52 Castle Avenue, Yiewsley, West Drayton, England, UB7 8LQ. Contact: support@prizepull.co.uk.
These terms are a pre-launch draft and must be replaced or approved by PrizePull's solicitor before paid entries are accepted.
2. Who can enter
- You must be aged 18 or over.
- At launch you must be ordinarily resident in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) unless a competition page expressly states otherwise.
- Northern Ireland is excluded from the launch model unless legal review confirms otherwise.
- PrizePull may require reasonable age, identity, address or eligibility verification before entry is confirmed or before a prize is released.
- Directors, employees and people materially involved in operating a draw may be excluded, together with connected persons where the competition-specific rules say so.
3. Competition-specific information
Each competition page forms part of these terms and states the prize, entry price, maximum entry pool, maximum entries per person, opening/closing information, draw timing, delivery position and any genuinely special conditions. If there is a conflict, the competition-specific rule applies only to that competition to the extent it is lawful and clearly disclosed.
4. Paid online entry
The standard prototype price is £4.99 per paid entry unless the competition page states another price. You select a quantity before checkout and the total payable is shown before payment. Entry caps and competition capacity are enforced by the production system. Moving the slider or adding entries to a basket does not itself create a valid entry.
A paid entry becomes valid only after PrizePull receives a verified successful payment confirmation. Entry numbers are allocated after that confirmation. Duplicate payment notifications must not generate duplicate entries.
5. Free entry route
Eligible PrizePull draws provide a no-purchase entry route. A valid free entry joins the same final draw pool as a paid entry and must have an equal chance of winning. Full instructions are available on the Free entry route page and are also signposted before purchase.
PrizePull currently proposes the free-entry postal address as 52 Castle Avenue, Yiewsley, West Drayton, England, UB7 8LQ. The exact required information, postal format, receipt deadline and any per-envelope/per-person rule must still be solicitor-approved and published before a competition opens.
6. Accounts, limits and multiple accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. You must not use multiple accounts, payment identities, bots, scripts or other techniques to evade entry limits, spend controls, location restrictions or verification. PrizePull may investigate and reject entries where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, manipulation or a material breach of these terms.
7. Entry numbers and capacity
Each valid entry receives a unique number in the relevant competition pool. PrizePull will not intentionally exceed the published maximum pool. Checkout may temporarily reserve capacity while payment is completed. Expired reservations return to the pool.
8. Closing dates and exceptional circumstances
PrizePull intends to draw competitions at the published time and does not intend to extend, cancel or reduce an advertised prize simply because paid sales are lower than expected. A change should occur only where genuinely necessary because of circumstances outside reasonable control, technical failure, fraud, legal intervention or another solicitor-approved exceptional event. Any lawful material change will be communicated clearly and fairly.
9. Winner selection and draw integrity
At the published cut-off, the final valid pool is locked and recorded. Paid and valid free entries are treated identically by the winning process. Winners will be selected using an independent/supervised physical method or a verifiably random and auditable computer method, in accordance with the final draw policy. See Draw integrity.
10. Winner verification and prize fulfilment
Prize winners may be asked to prove age, identity, address and eligibility before dispatch. Unless the competition page says otherwise, prizes are supplied as the exact advertised physical item and tracked delivery within the eligible territory is included. Sealed collectible prizes are provided as sealed products; PrizePull does not guarantee the contents, grading outcome, pull rate or future market value inside or associated with a sealed product.
11. Prize availability and substitution
PrizePull should own/control the advertised stock or have a binding supply arrangement before opening a competition. No lower-value substitute should be used merely because sales were weak. Any substitution right must be limited to genuine exceptional unavailability and must preserve materially equivalent or greater value where lawful.
12. Payments, refunds and chargebacks
Payment state is determined by the approved payment provider and PrizePull's verified server records. Failed or incomplete transactions do not create valid paid entries. Duplicate charges and promoter errors will be investigated. Fraudulent or improper payment reversals may invalidate associated entries where lawful and fair. Read the Refunds & cancellations policy.
13. Responsible participation
PrizePull is 18+ only and is intended to provide customer-set spending limits, temporary pauses and longer account suspension. Attempts to evade these controls may lead to account restriction. See Responsible participation.
14. Winner information and publicity
PrizePull intends to keep a permanent public draw record showing the competition, draw time and winning entry number, together with an appropriate level of winner identification. Any additional winner image, video, testimonial or marketing content will be handled in accordance with privacy law and any required consent.
15. Intellectual property and prohibited use
The PrizePull site, branding, layouts, original text and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You must not attack, scrape at abusive scale, interfere with, reverse engineer for abuse, automate entries against the rules, or attempt to manipulate any competition, payment or draw process.
16. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death/personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Any further limitation wording must be solicitor-approved and fair under consumer law.
17. Complaints
Complaints should be made through the Complaints procedure or to support@prizepull.co.uk. PrizePull will retain relevant order, entry and draw records so disputes can be investigated without altering the underlying audit history.
18. Privacy
Personal data is handled under the Privacy notice and Cookie policy.
19. Governing law
The final launch terms are intended to be governed by the law of England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Solicitor confirmation is required before launch.
